Bauhaus Geometric Alabaster Semi-Flush Ceiling Light Drum

Confirmation email came through straight away and another one when it was dispatched. Tracking worked and the lamp turned up on the day they said. No fuss.

Nothing missing, nothing cracked. The pendant looked exactly like the photos once it was up, which isn't always the case with online orders.

Had a look around a few sites before buying and this was a fair bit cheaper for the same style. Arrived when expected, so happy with that.

I emailed before ordering because I couldn't work out whether the wall light was plug in or hardwired. Got a proper answer the same afternoon, not just a link back to the listing. Small thing but it made the decision easy. Ordered that evening and it's now up in the hallway.

First order was a small table lamp a few months back. That went fine, so I came back for the bedroom. Different sort of thing but just as straightforward. Saved me another evening of scrolling.

Ordered on the Sunday evening and it was here Tuesday morning. Wasn't expecting that over a weekend. Only four stars because the box was a bit battered, the lamp itself was fine.

All arrived, all good. Looks lovely on in the evening.

Entirely my own fault, I picked the wrong finish and only noticed on the confirmation. Sent an email and they changed it before it went out. Very relieved I didn't have to go through a return.

Bought it in the sale. Happy with what I paid and it's what I was after for the reading corner, which is the main thing.

Hadn't heard of them before and I'm a bit wary of ordering from somewhere new. Only bought one lamp to start with. Short wait for dispatch but they kept me updated and it arrived as described. Would order again.

There was a mix up with my order so I had to get in touch. Sent a photo over and they explained what would happen next. Didn't have to repeat myself to three different people, which I appreciated. All sorted now.

Bulb wasn't included, which was clear on the listing to be fair. Lamp itself is heavier and better made than I expected for the money. Sits on the sideboard and gets comments.

Second lamp from here. Packaging was better this time round, everything wrapped separately. Took five minutes to put together.

Needed a quick answer about cable length before I committed. Reply came within the hour on a weekday. Ordered, arrived Thursday, up on Saturday.

Really like the look of it. Knocked a star off because the dimmer is a bit fiddly to get used to, but the light itself is warm and even.

Returned one that was the wrong size for the alcove. They sent the label the same day and the refund landed before the week was out. Kept the other one.

Looks a lot more expensive than it was. Had three people ask where it's from already.

Ordered two for the landing. Both arrived together, both working, both matched. That's all I wanted really.
